Lauf: Birsfelden – Münchenstein – Rothallenweiher – Unter Gruet – Muttenz, 14,3km, 270hm
English version: Since I promised to provide insights also in English, let me translate the above mentioned story. After being sportive for almost 9 consecutive days, I today finished my little sports tour: Tennis, Cross-country Skiing, Indoor Cycling, Morning Run, Squash, Indoor Cycling, Bouldering, Tennis, Relaxing Run – and finally today another longer Sunday run with the GoPro camera.
But it was as it was supposed to be. Once I take the GoPro out, it is getting cloudy. Thus, the camera has a similar impact as cleaning windows. While the latter usually causes rain, the camera conjures clouds. Nevertheless, I should not be too pessimistic. Spring will be coming and I promise to soon show you first videos with sunshine.
The video of today’s run is above, results are online on Strava, and I allow myself a bit of recreation.
